KROIRA cannot provide playlists, channels, subscriptions, provider recommendations, or help finding source providers. Please contact your source provider for provider-specific access, availability, or account issues.

Installation

Confirm that you are installing KROIRA on a supported Windows desktop device. If installation fails, include your Windows version and the exact error message in your support email.

Source import

Check that your M3U URL or Xtream-compatible details are typed correctly and still active with your own legal source provider.

Playback

If playback fails, test whether the same user-provided source is reachable on your network and include the content type, app version, and error behavior.

EPG and guide

Guide availability depends on the data exposed by your source. Missing or partial guide entries can be a source coverage issue rather than an app issue.

Diagnostics

Use source diagnostics when available and share non-sensitive status details. Do not send passwords or full provider credentials.
