Terms of Use
KROIRA is a player for user-provided legal sources. It does not sell, host, provide, or promote channels, playlists, subscriptions, accounts, movies, series, sports, or live TV.
Use of the app
You are responsible for using KROIRA only with media sources, playlists, provider logins, and content that you are legally allowed to access. KROIRA does not verify, supply, resell, or recommend third-party IPTV services.
Do not use KROIRA to infringe copyrights, bypass access controls, or access content without the rights holder's or provider's authorization.
No content or provider service
KROIRA is a media player and organizer. Purchasing or downloading KROIRA does not include any TV channels, movies, series, live events, playlists, IPTV accounts, or third-party subscriptions.
Subscriptions and purchases
If KROIRA Premium is offered on iOS, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged within 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Lifetime purchases do not renew.
App Store billing, refunds, and cancellation controls are handled by Apple according to Apple's App Store policies.

Read the KROIRA Privacy Policy for information about local data, source credentials, and support contact boundaries.
Support
For app support, contact support@kroira.com. Do not send passwords, full provider credentials, or sensitive personal information by email.
Changes
These terms may be updated as KROIRA features, platforms, or store offerings change. The current page should be reviewed before each public store submission.
